A receiver is an indifferent person appointed by the court to manage the Property of the debtor.
A judge appoints a neutral person as receiver or conservator upon request of the Plaintiff.
In federal courts, receivers are attorneys or professional Trustees. In state courts, where conservatorships occur, there is no requirement for receivers or conservators to be Lawyers or professional Trustees.

Thanks for the quick service! I am very impressed with the speed and
quality of your products and service. My husband is stationed in San
Antonio, TX and I am trying to move us from NC to TX by myself- this
power of attorney helped tremendously with so little complication!
Thanks again!
