After 6 years of marriage, we would like to null and void the prenup we had drawn up prior to the marriage. Do we just right a letter to the attorney to do this?

Dear Pati:

If both you and your husband agree to rescind your Prenuptial Agreement, you can definitely do that.

Try to contact your attorney; most likely he will draft a letter stating that both parties wish to nullify the Agreement. As far as we know you do not have to file this paper anywhere.
