You did not give us enough information to answer your question precisely.
Generally speaking, a very small number of trusts are contested. As far as we know, depending on the reason the trust was contested and settled, the percentage of all beneficiaries under the trust will be reduced to satisfy the settlement.
This will happen after all debts (if any) of the grantor (settlor) are satisfied.
