I left my wife one year ago. I left her for and moved in with another woman. Our divorce battle is extremely nasty. I just found out that 8 days after I moved out, my estranged wife used an old poa and exectued a quit-claim deed giving herself my interest in our home. She even signed my name and then signed hers as my poa. I had a durable poa. I wasn't incompacitated in any way. She now wants me to pay all the second mortgages. What she did can't be legal...can she just take my marital property with a poa?

Dear Tomasae,
We regret to hear your story, but it looks rather complicated to give you a quick answer.
We strongly recommend you to talk to an attorney in regards to this matter.
Best regards,
