<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">To be married in Mexico you just need to indicate that you want to separate the properties (current & future), so:

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">1) With this Marriage contract is needed the prenuptial agreement in California?

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">2) If Yes, it is mandatory the both must consult a lawer in order to receive more information about the prenuptial agreement?

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">3) If I use this way (LegalHelpmabe) to create the "prenuptial agreement" in the way that you indicate in the Web Page, it is needed to be certified by a notary public?

As far as two countries involved in your prospective marriage, we strongly recommend you to consult an attorney in CA with regards to your prenuptial agreement.
