In WA State, if both parties are happy with the prenuptial they compiled together, do both parties still have to obtain independent attorney advice and notarize the prenuptial by an attorney? We only plan to get the prenuptial notarized by a NOTARY PUBLIC, so will this suffice in WA State?

Both parties know of each other's separate properties owned. On the prenuptial form we have decided not to disclose our separate property owned. We wish to make clear that only jointly acquired propery after marriage will be regarded as equally shared property. Therefore, under WA State law do we still have to disclose our separate property?
