I am trying to find out if the plantif in the divorce must supply health care coverage for the defendent until the divorce is finalized. If the plantif is paying for medical coverage and the defendent wants it terminated prior to the divorce being finalized, can the plantif legally terminate medical coverage? Any insite on this matter would be helpful.
