My irresponsible husband hit a boy with his van. The boy was not paying attention while crossing the street. The boy went to the hosppital in an ambulance. My husband had no car insurance, inspection, or registration. We're from Pa. What will be the consequences? Will any of the financial responsibility fall on me? Nothing is in my name and we don't live together. I've been told to get a divorce because the bills will fall back on me.
