This Bill of Sale is used for the transfer of a boat, vessel, yacht, jet ski or other watercraft.
|

The Watercraft Bill of Sale contains the following:
- Names and addresses of the seller and buyer;
- Purchase price;
- Description of the watercraft to be sold (make, year, model, length, color, equipment, registration number, other);
- Location of watercraft;
- "AS IS" condition of the watercraft;
- Signatures of the parties;
- Notary acknowledgment.
Also, the seller warrants that he/she is the lawful owner of the boat and has the right to sell it.
