As you may already know, a Grantor (Trustor) under a Revocable Living Trust conditions has the right to change or revoke his
Trust Agreement at any time. For your convenience we provide you with a Living Trust Revocation form separately.
A few States (Alaska, Florida, Michigan and Washington) have a requirement to establish a Notice of Trust, which is optional in California.
However, state laws are subject to change frequently, so you should call the probate court and simply ask if a Notice of Trust is
required. For your convenience we provide you with a Notice of Trust form separately.
More detailed information about all of above forms may be found by clicking on "More details" link across the name of the
particular living trust document.
