According to Missouri law, you may designate a person to make health care decision for you when you are unable to do it yourself,
or you can make your wishes regarding end of life decisions known in advance.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You have the right to make decisions about your health care. No health care may be given to you over your objection, and necessary health care may not be stopped or withheld if you object.
You may use the Living Will in addition to a Health Care Power of Attorney in your advance health care directive.
