Dear Legal Helpmate!
I have question regarding the non-durable power of attorney on a child.
I have a 14yr. boy and have custody of him. He wants to visit his father. Father lives in Colorado. Son wants to stay there 3 months. I have had custody of him since he was a small boy. I just need to know if I need to have a form or some noterized document so his dad can make decisions for him while he is in Colorado.
Thanks in advance
