My son is 21 years old and is autistic. I was told by the doctors that I need a POA because he isn't capable of making his own medical decisions and is incapacited.I also need access to his medical records and tests too. I read about the Durable POA for Health Care and Medical POA but I'm confused. Which POA do I need? We live in San Diego, CA and my son lives at home with us. Please any info will be helpful as soon as possible. Thank-you very much
