The Bill of Sale of a firearm documents the transfer of a gun, pistol, and rifle from one owner to another person.
It is even more important to document the sale of a firearm than any other property because it might relieve you from liability in the future, taking into consideration the consequences of the use of the firearm.

The Gun Bill of Sale contains the following:
- Names and addresses of the seller and buyer;
- Description of firearm sold;
- Buyer’s and seller’s Driver Licenses;
- Seller’s Carry ID number;
- Purchase price;
- "AS IS" condition of the property;
- Buyer’s statement that he/she inspected the gun;
- Signatures of the parties;
